Lately, I’ve been getting back to basics. Sort of hitting the reset button on my life. Bathing in a spiritual cleanse.
I really recommend that we all do this from time to time. Hitting the reset button and giving ourselves space to get in touch with our inner wisdom is such a beautiful gift.

I believe that our mindset determines our quality of life. It determines how joyful we are or how miserable we are. And what I love about our mindset is that we have 100% control over it.
It’s true that we may not have any control at all over some of our external experiences. We may not be able to control others’ emotions or reactions or statements. But we can control our mindset – how we perceive external stimuli. And that truly makes me happy because knowing this helps More

Do you feel like you’re living your life’s purpose? Do you feel like you’re sharing your calling – your unique message – with the world?
I believe that we all have a special purpose, and it’s up to us to sift through the clues, figure out what it is, and then share it with others.

There’s a word that gets thrown around quite a bit in personal growth circles, in therapy sessions, and in conscious living centers. It’s a word that tends to bring about a visceral reaction in most people.
For me, when I hear it, I often feel my throat burn and my chest tighten. For others, they may feel their stomach clench and their heart hurt. It’s a word that we’ve heard we must use and practice. And still, it’s a practice that we often resist.
