How Committed Are You?
This post is a continuation of yesterday’s post where I wrote about making room for your dream. (If you haven’t read it yet, I would definitely recommend reading it before reading on.)

We all have dreams. They start with a simple idea and soon grow into a possibility. And as time goes on, they begin to feel more and more real. We even start to believe that they could actually happen. We really begin to see ourselves living our dreams. We can almost taste them they seem so real.
Our dreams are our passions met with action. We take all of our talents that are swirling around inside of us, and we map out a plan of how we can put these talents to good use.
So often, we have a great
I have a tendency to hold on – often with a death grip. It could be holding onto a thought, belief, habit, or action. Often the things that really don’t serve my best interest are the ones I hold on to the most.
I may think limiting thoughts like “there’s nothing you can offer to the world that isn’t already being done” or go for a cup of coffee in the morning instead of the ginger tea that I know would feel better. I find myself buying into beliefs of not being good enough
For this week’s Saturday Selection, I’m really excited to recommend a book by one of my favorite authors:
The Unmistakable Touch of Grace by Cheryl Richardson
Cheryl Richardson has been one of my favorite authors for many years. I love that she offers so much of herself in her writing, and her passion to help others live their best lives shows through in all she does. Most of her books are about remembering to take care of ourselves, but this one was a bit

Have you ever wanted to be there – wherever that was? The only requirement for there is that it is far from here.
There is a place where things just seem to work out. A place you have long dreamed of going to. A place where the puzzle pieces of your life somehow fit together.
There is a place where faith rules over fear. A place where positivity and gratitude are far more powerful than negativity and anxiety.
There is a place where everything is in abundance – love,
It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time to write a post about gratitude!

Okay – now for today’s post:
I am a lover of lists. I am surrounded by them. I have a grocery list, countless to-do lists, lists for books that I want to write, lists for posts I want to get to, lists for websites that I can’t wait to read, lists for books to check out, etc. You get the picture – I am a list person.
Lately it seems as though the lists are piling
If you’re anything like me, your mind tends to have a mind of its own.
This can be a great asset when I am brainstorming and being creative. Because I have a mind that is constantly running and flitting about, I am always filled with ideas. I have an entire stack of paper on my desk where I jot down notes for exciting new projects. I love the energy I get from these ideas, and putting them into action feels wonderful. So I have learned that a busy mind can be a great thing.

Each day when I sit down to write, I never know who is going to read my posts. I never know how they are going to be received.
I only know what my intention is with writing each word, each page, each post.
And that is to inspire others by sharing my own experiences.
When I began this blogging journey, my intention was (and still is) to write from my heart. I wanted to allow my soul a place to come forward, be open (and vulnerable), and express its deepest wisdom. I hoped that by showing snippets
Shared Wisdom Guest Post – Featuring Lesley King
I am thrilled about this week’s Shared Wisdom guest post, which was written by Lesley King! Reading it truly helped me explore the way I view my own finances and begin to open myself to an abundant, relaxed mindset – knowing that all is well, and that there is always enough. I know that it will help you, too.
Lesley and I are on very similar paths in that we are both focusing more on allowing our inner wisdom to direct
