I woke up this morning feeling especially grateful for each of you.
It’s because of you that I’m able to live my dream. It’s because of you that I get to make a living sharing from my heart – creating books, products, and communities that are a direct reflection of my soul. It’s because of you that I have felt comfortable enough and safe enough to share my true self – knowing that I am loved and cheered on by you.
And I thank you. Truly.

I’ve been writing about the soul for many years now – ever since I reconnected with my own and realized how much brighter my world was because of it.
As many of you know, I used to be completely skeptical to this sort of thing – I had closed myself off to all things that I couldn’t explain or see with my own eyes or touch
Like most of us, I have many dreams that I want to bring to life. I spend countless hours visualizing them coming to fruition, fully immersing myself in them, and living right smack in the center of them. When I go to sleep at night, I dream about them. And when I wake up in the morning, they are the first thing on my mind.
After many, many years of one dream after the other, I pretty much have the whole dreaming part down by now.
However, I also have a huge side of me who loves to be safe and

When my husband and I were deciding what our next collaborative book title/topic would be, we quickly filled a list with fun ideas. Our hands flew across the page – trying to keep up with the thoughts that were flowing in. I was so happy with many of the topics, but none of them were jumping out. I said that maybe we should sit with them for a few days and see which one carried the most energy – trusting that one would become the frontrunner.

Part of me has been dreading this day. And another part of me has been excited for it to come – to celebrate it. I wasn’t sure if I was going to share about it here or just keep it to myself, but here I am. So I suppose that means that I’m meant to speak from my soul rather than write about it in my journal.
Today is an anniversary. It marks an ending and also a beginning. Five years ago today, my life was forever changed.
