Each Friday, I usually choose one of your questions and do my best to offer guidance and support to help you along your journey.
But I had so much fun last week asking a question that I’m going to do it again! I would love if we could all look within our souls and find the answer. If you feel comfortable doing so, I would love for you to leave your answer below.
What is the best advice your soul has ever given to you?
The second part of the question is – did you listen to this advice?
Oftentimes, in the stillness of contemplation, we can hear our higher self speak. It tends to be that quieter side of us that is often overshadowed by our dominant side – our ego. But when we quiet ourselves and slow down, this part of us often has wise words to share, and when we listen to these words, our lives can truly transform.
Have you listened to this whisper from deep inside of you?
What did it say?
How did this wisdom change you life?
Did you take action immediately or need to hear it several times before you really started listening?
Let’s share with each other these quiet moments of wisdom. We always have the answers inside of us, and this will be a fun way to see how our souls communicate with us using real life examples.
Although I have been a Freelance writer for many years I kept ignoring the advice in so many writers publications that a writer should have a Blog. Well, a new year started and my inner self guided me to make that step which has turned out to be a good grief management tool. As a result I not only look at the sad parts of losing my twin but can remember good times and focus on them and record them. Who knows?! It could lead to that book which I hope to publish some day. Have a good weekend Jodi!
I love the idea of you writing a book, Judy! I definitely hope you do it – you will inspire so many others who have lost their loved ones. ♥
The best advice my soul has ever given me was to trust myself. Which I always find hard to do but I have improved quite a bit over the past 4 years and I continue to improve.
Great advice, Tommy! I think this is such an importance lesson that each of us is learning.
13 years ago my soul told me to marry this man even though I had only known him for one month. I did and have not for one moment been sorry. I don’t advise doing this but sometimes you just know!
I love that you listened to your soul! I knew right away, too. Sometimes it just works like that. Our souls are so wise, aren’t they? 🙂
I’ve gotten much advice from my soul over the years – when I paid attention, that is! The best advice? To leave my last job 2 years ago, which I had outgrown, even though it was scary to leave the security of a regular paycheck. I don’t think I can ever work for another company again.
I’m so glad you did, Alice! Because you left, you have freed up time and energy to put yourself and your wisdom into the world. And you are truly making a difference. So proud that you took this advice, even if it’s not always the easiest to do. ♥ to you!
