- embrace my soul and know that I am doing the best I can.
- cry, laugh, dance, and sing.
- let go of my perfection and allow myself to make mistakes.
- be more patient with myself and others.
- forgive myself and others.
- love myself and others.
- live on purpose – remembering that I am here for a reason.
- remember to breathe – to take in this universal energy.
- get in touch with my soul and let it lead the way.

Yes, this is what I want for today.
And for tomorrow.
And for the next day.
And I will keep coming back to this list and remembering that this is the life that I want for myself.

This is such a good list of the things that one should desire in life. I think right now I am working hard at finding peace every day and especially on this journey of being twinless. I meditate, repeat my favourite Psalm 23 and try to focus on good times. It is not a journey that many who were not born one of twins can fully understand. However I often surprise myself with the strength I have had along the way. Take care and all the best to you Jodi.
