Finding the Soulful Sweet Spot

I've been trying to figure out how to make my way in this world that seems more divided than I can ever remember. I've come out swinging against what I felt was unjust and found myself getting further and further away from my soul.

Making Time to Play

Having fun in no way means that you're negating everything else that's happening in your life or everything else that's happening in the world.

The Only Thing I’m the Best At

I was watching a TV show the other day where a couple on their honeymoon decided to play a game of ping pong on the beach. The setting was gorgeous. On the sand. Close to the waves. They were newly married. Relaxing and having fun. (At least at the start of the game.)

Hope After the Storm

I received a gift after a recent storm that opened me up to feeling hopeful again. It reminded me that there is still hope, there is still life, and there is still so, so much to be grateful for. If I allow myself to be open to it all.

Sharing from the Heart

Each year, I choose a word that I want to embody throughout the year, and this year's word is Authenticity. And part of being authentic means sharing the truth about why I haven't been writing much lately: I'm just not sure what to say.
