I am a thinker. I am comfortable in my mind. I love to analyze. I love to know. I love to question. I love my inquisitive nature and all that I have learned about the world that I live in because of it.

I’m being reminded lately that I am a soul living in a human body. And what this means is that in order to continue growing and evolving spiritually, I have to remember to keep this machine running smoothly.

Sometimes you just don’t feel like going within and centering yourself and slowing down. Sometimes you feel as though you truly don’t have time for it.
