I’m constantly amazed by how often we give away our power. There are so many reasons why we do it: because we’re afraid, because it’s easier, because we didn’t want the responsibility that came with it, because we don’t feel worthy of it, because we don’t want to appear boastful or too big for our britches, etc.
For many of us, somewhere along our journey we learned that feeling powerful was a bad thing to feel. Somehow we learned that having power was
Love is the answer.
To everything.
If you’re hurt in any way, offer yourself love, receive love, be love. You’ll immediately begin to feel better.
If you’re feeling alone, open your heart and let love in. I promise, your life will feel fuller.
If you’re afraid, bravely leap into love. Fear can’t live in a spirit filled with love. There is no room for it, and it will disappear.
If you’re angry, love your way to forgiveness. Give yourself permission to no longer carry
I believe that our mindset determines our quality of life. It determines how joyful we are or how miserable we are. And what I love about our mindset is that we have 100% control over it.
It’s true that we may not have any control at all over some of our external experiences. We may not be able to control others’ emotions or reactions or statements. But we can control our mindset – how we perceive external stimuli. And that truly makes me happy because knowing this helps
