Today is a very special day. Soul Speak turns 3!
I am so happy to celebrate this milestone with each of you!
I had absolutely no idea how much my life would change because of this blog. I had no idea how my heart would open. I had no idea how my soul’s purpose would be discovered.
It has been a journey of soul discovery, soul listening, and soul connecting. And I’m so grateful that we’re on this journey together.
I thought it would be fun to
Each year I choose a word that I want to embody. A word that I want to fully integrate into my life. A word that will reflect my essence and both my inner and outer experience.
This year, my word is Love.
It wasn’t the word I planned on (that word was Balance). But it is the word that I suppose I needed the most.
It popped into my consciousness when my dog-ter, Xena, died. I was absolutely heartbroken (still
I have been feeling really loved. Extra loved by each of you. And I’m so very grateful to feel this way. It’s so nice to go through my day knowing that your love is surrounding me – both grounding me and lifting me at the same time. I am so, so grateful to be filled with this beautiful energy. It’s the best gift of all.

I’m SO excited to introduce the Blog with Heart Award Winners!
Last October, I sought out to find (and honor) 25 fellow bloggers who were showing up bravely on their blogs and sharing from their hearts. I was looking for those special souls who came from an authentic space of love and grace.
I wanted to meet anyone and everyone who was bravely putting their soul into their blog – inspiring others to do the same.
I created the Blog with Heart Award to do exactly that, and I was so happy
