We Each Hold the Key

Like so many of us, as our year comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on 2017 and looking toward 2018. And one of the things that I want to always remember is that I hold the key to my own happiness. We all do.

Deeply Rooted Happiness

I find it interesting that so often when something feels so right and so good and so everything that we've ever wanted, we oftentimes do everything that we can (either consciously or subconsciously) to keep ourselves from experiencing and enjoying that exact thing.

A Game I Never Want to Win

At some point in our lives, we've all been in need of some extra support. And instead of receiving it, a conversation such as this occurs:

Someone asks us how we're doing. And we reply, "Oh, I'm honestly not that great. I haven't felt very well this week, and I'm thinking of going to the doctor."

Embracing the New Normal

We’ve all said it. We’ve all thought it. We’ve all felt it. And we’ve all believed it.
