Holding the Vision
Even though I couldn't yet see the vision all those years ago, I'm so glad that a part of me was able to hold the vision - to make room for the vision so that it could eventually fill in and become clear to me.
Perfectly Imperfect Timing
Like most of us, I have many dreams that I want to bring to life. I spend countless hours visualizing them coming to fruition, fully immersing myself in them, and living right smack in the center of them. When I go to sleep at night, I dream about them. And when I wake up in the morning, they are the first thing on my mind.
After many, many years of one dream after the other, I pretty much have the whole dreaming part down by now.

The Space In Between
I’ve been in an interesting place lately. I’ve dug deep within my heart and uncovered all that no longer feeds my soul. And I’ve gotten super clear about what does feed my soul – what makes me feel alive and free and jubilant. I know exactly where I want to be and what I want to be doing and how I want to feel. I know how I want to spend my days and who I want to spend them with and how I want to support others and how I want to support myself. I know all of this.
Strength in Our Dreams
Do you pay much attention to your dreams? Dan and I have a routine where each morning we sit with our cat, Biddle, and watch him eat. (This is one of those silly things that started when he was a kitten and continues five years later.)
Anyway – while we sit together, we take some time to check in, see how we slept, and inevitably our conversation always goes to the dreams we had the night before.
