I’m so proud of all of us for showing up for ourselves. For knowing that our soul craves this moment of stillness in our day, and for taking action to make that happen. So let’s all pat ourselves on the back for that!
Each day, we’ll click on that Day’s page, and we’ll leave a comment stating that we meditated on that day. That’s all!
If you would like to write more, that’s definitely welcome. It would be really great if we could share about our experiences, too: how we meditated, how long we meditated for, and what the experience was like for us.
Many of us will be using the Re-Awakening Guided Meditation Program, so we can share our experience with that as well.
I’m so excited to get started!

Awareness is real. The objects that you are aware of are a persistent illusion. So from time to time become ware of The Truth : aware of awareness.
Sorry I have not been back here for a few days but I have been meditating regularly. Yay! Maybe a small habit has been formed. Thank you thank you. I had a lovely awareness on Saturday when I meditated in nature. Very moving.

I too apologize for not checking in for a while. Things are super busy before I hit NYC for the BlogWorld conference. I’ve been doing some type of meditation everyday, whether mindful meditation, Tai Chi, grounding, and also been playing with Chi Gong breathing exercises too. How is your practice going Jodi?

I really needed to meditate today to get back to being Zen. So ho’oponopono with ohmharmonics was just perfect. 10 mins and I felt at peace again.

I feel asleep very early last night (5/29, writing on 5/30), unexpectedly, but probably because I didn’t sleep well the night before. Needless to say, I didn’t meditate before going to bed the way I have been most of the month. I will throw in some extra meditation time tonight to make up for it. Just wanted to check in on the day though!
