Thank you for joining us for A Month of Meditation!

Welcome to Day 21!

(If you haven’t read what it’s all about, please click here first.)

I’m so proud of all of us for showing up for ourselves. For knowing that our soul craves this moment of stillness in our day, and for taking action to make that happen. So let’s all pat ourselves on the back for that!

Each day, we’ll click on that Day’s page, and we’ll leave a comment stating that we meditated on that day. That’s all!

If you would like to write more, that’s definitely welcome. It would be really great if we could share about our experiences, too: how we meditated, how long we meditated for, and what the experience was like for us.

Many of us will be using the Re-Awakening Guided Meditation Program, so we can share our experience with that as well.

I’m so excited to get started!

Being a part of a supportive community is half of the fun, so please be sure to check in daily.

Now…let’s go meditate!

P.S. – Please remember to post the artwork on your blogs and share it on FB and Twitter! You can find sample tweets here.

  1. It’s been a full weekend seeing people that I haven’t see in ages and still adjusting to life in NC. Yes those are my excuses for not checking in;)
I did meditate in the mornings with the birds chatting and the breeze flirting with the trees. I love being outside because it reminds me that I am part of nature. Sometimes I forget that.
So my dear, here we are on Monday morning, with an entire week ahead of us just waiting for us to make our mark on this world. Here’s to Monday and to dreams coming true!

    • Sending you love, love, love. I love that you checked in. I love that you’ve been meditating outside while listening to the birds. I love that you’re a part of my life, sweet Leah. Lots of love!

  2. I’m not saying don’t think, but think consciously. Be aware that you are thinking, and aware of what you’re thinking about, and aware of your emotions which are closely linked to the thoughts. Awareness is not a thought. You are essentially that Awareness.

  3. I had another weekend where I was not able to prioritize my meditation – argh. I have still to find a schedule that fits and then remember to do it! I managed to meditate this morning though, for 15 mins, sitting still and trying to float the masses of thoughts and to-do lists as leaves down a stream. Not hugely successful today, but at least I sat still for 15mins!

    • We’re in very similar places, Claire. I still haven’t found a time in my schedule that fits. So I have been ending up doing it right before bed as a “Oh shoot – I still have to meditate!” panic. I think it’s great that you sat still for 15 minutes – that’s a long time! Bravo! :)

  4. Staying at a friend’s house tonight…ready for bed now but waiting for some people to leave our get together so I can engage in a self-guided meditation and fall asleep.
