Thank you for joining us for A Month of Gratitude!

We’re committing to creating a daily gratitude practice!

Welcome to Day 6!

(If you haven’t read what it’s all about, please click here first.)

 

We’re committing to doing at least one thing per day to show our gratitude.

It can be writing in a gratitude journal, telling someone how much we appreciate them, taking a moment to pat ourselves on the back for a job well done, etc. Anything that helps us express our appreciation!

We will also commit to coming back here and checking in.

Each day, we’ll click on that Day’s page, and we’ll leave a comment sharing what we did to show our gratitude. We can also write about what we’re grateful for!

Many of us will be reading The Magic and following the 28-Day Program within it, so we can share our experience with that as well.

I’m so excited to get started!

Being a part of a supportive community is half of the fun, so please be sure to check in daily.

  1. Hi Jodi,
    I tried something a little different yesterday. I hate grocery shopping, and had to go yesterday. I decided I was going to find things to be grateful for on my way. I was grateful to be able to pick healthy food for my family, I was grateful the store wasn’t busy…you get the picture.
    IT HELPED! I was in a pretty good mood through the whole thing. :) This marks a new idea in gratitude for me.

  2. Today I was so grateful for my husband who listened to me freak out after I finished my book and started to feel afraid about sharing it with the world. He continues to be my rock, and his never-ending support still amaze me.

    I was also grateful that my sweet cat, Biddle, climbed onto my lap for some love. He let me pet him for a long while, and for someone who is extra “twitchy” and doesn’t like to be touched that much, it was a special treat.

    Today I am grateful that tomorrow is a new day. And that day just happens to be my birthday. :)
